Who We Are

Mark and Jennifer Hall

Lead Pastor

Mark and Jennifer Hall have been working in some kind of ministry together since they were married in 1993. They have two children, Jalen and Sydney and one grandchild, Esben. Mark received his ordination in 1998 through New Life Church and served as Associate pastor in Billings and eventually Lead pastor also at the Billings church.

In 2020 Mark was asked to help out at New Life in Roundup and as they say, "the rest is history". Mark took over as Senior pastor in March of 2021 after long time pastor Lonnie Riddle retired and believes the future is bright in Roundup.

Pat and Vaughn

Assistant Pastor

Pat and Vaughn have been united in their ministry since 2005. Pat has been a licensed and ordained minister with New Life Church since 2001. She graduated from Wagner Leadership Institute with a degree in Practical Ministry. She has served in various leadership roles in the church and for ministries in the state of Montana and Internationally. She is passionate about preparing the body of Christ for the work of the ministry and seeing people set free and released into their destiny in Christ.

Vaughn attended Rhema Bible Training School and served seven years as an Assistant Pastor to three Pastors in Eastern Montana before moving to the Billings. Vaughn is an anointed teacher with a love for the Word of God.

Justin and Isy

Assistant Pastor

“Walking by Faith and Not by Sight” is the life motto of this Carlton Family. Justin is a retired US
Airforce veteran after 24 years of service and Isymae was working in the hospitality industry when
God called them to leave their comfortable life in Guam and moved to Roundup, Montana.

February 2nd of 2020
was their first time attending New Life Church which was also the same day Pastor Mark Hall
preached at that church. Justin and Isymae felt the presence of the Holy Spirit through Pastor
Mark’s message and they knew they had found their home. Now, they are serving New Life
Church as an Assistant Pastor and actively conducting Bible Study, Youth Programs and assisting
any church’s events.
